How to choose the handlebar?

In order to choose the handlebar that best suits your needs, it is essential that you know the measurements of the handlebar you are using at the moment,


The first dimension to be measured is the diameter of the handlebar that you can measure with a gauge near the risers, the two most common measures are 22mm and 28mm for handlebars with variable section.


After that, the best way to measure the rest of the dimensions is definitely to remove it from the bike and place it on a flat surface and measure the dimensions as in the image below.

We recommend taking the measurements as based on ''low fold'', ''medium fold'' and ''high fold'' is superficial and arbitrary for each individual manufacturer and based on the above mentioned nomenclatures not being ''Standard'' you risk receiving a handlebar that is not suitable for your needs,


on the contrary, having detected the dimensions of the handlebar currently mounted, you will have a starting point to orient yourself in the choice of a lower, higher, less wide handlebar, etc ...

When choosing the handlebar, we advise you, especially if you decide to mount a higher or wider handlebar, to check if the brake / clutch pipes and all cables are long enough for the new handlebar.
